Due to a hardware failure yesterday the game became unavailable. We’ve managed to fix the initial problem and restore access for most of the heroes, but due to an extremely unlucky streak of events (darn this random!), fixing it for the rest of the heroes turned out to be harder than we thought initially. We’re working hard and still expect to have this issue fixed over the next few hours. We’ll update this post once the problem is finally resolved.

UPD: All heroes should be reachable again. The issue has not been resolved completely yet, so we’re going to keep looking into it, as well as applying some counter measures to prevent this from happening in the future.

You guys are doing a great job! I’ve been talking to some of my guild-mates I’ve added as friends, and several of them can access their heroes. I just hope I can get back on soon, because I’m going through heroine (as in, my female hero) withdrawal! Fingers crossed she hasn’t jumped guild while not under my benevolent eye…
Cant wait until the game is up and running again! I just really want to get to my hero and tell her NOT to skip guilds! How long do you think this will be down? Keep up the good work!!!

Please for the love of Me (since I AM a Goddess after all lol) I need to help my child!!! She is alone, well she has her dandy lion but he might be dead too?! What if she tries to join another guild? Ok, I’m a Goddess I have to get it together. sigh I will twiddle my thumbs until this issue is resolved. I have faith in the big wigs. :)
