Terms of Service

This Terms of Service ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and the administration ("Administration") of the online-game "Godville" located at https://godvillegame.com ("Game"), that governs your access and the use of services offered by GodvilleGame.com ("Service"). By using or accessing the Service, the Player agrees to be bound by these Terms.

  1. The Player understands and acknowledges that they uses the Game and its services "as is" at their own risk. The Administration does not guarantee that the Game, including its software, will operate continuously, reliably and without errors, but will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that problems and errors will be identified and corrected within a reasonable time.
  2. The Administration collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, available at https://godvillegame.com/login/privacy.
  3. The Player represents that they have reached the legal age required to enter into binding agreements in their jurisdiction.
  4. The Administration has the right to add, change or remove any functionality of the Game at any time without prior notice.
  5. The Administration is not liable for any illegal actions of the Player, nor for the actions of third parties; neither is it liable for the statements or conduct of any Player and/or any third party.
  6. The Player agrees that their use of and conduct on the Service shall be lawful and the Player's content will not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference or physical handicap, any profanity or any obscene, indecent, pornographic, sexual or otherwise objectionable content or language.
  7. The Player agrees not to violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
  8. The Player may be partially or completely denied without any prior notice to the Game's Service for violation of these Terms, Game Rules, as well as for any other actions that negatively affects other Players.
  9. Some elements of works of literature, cinema, folklore and other sources might be used in the Game. The usage of characters, plots, names of geographical objects, artifacts, including fictional ones, and other content is entirely and only for the purpose of parody, and is not in any way intended to cause harm to objects protected by copyright, or to incite racial, religious, gender or any other form of discrimination. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied without your authorization and is available on or in this game in a way that may constitute copyright infringement, you may provide a notice of your claim by sending us an email to the following address: support@godvillegame.com
  10. The Player provides to the Administration a free right to use all types of information (content) created by the Player in the Game, as well as a free right to distribute it to other Players, entities or partners in order to distribute the Game content using other means and types of media.
  11. In case of the Player’s intention to use in-game purchases, the Administration states that it has no responsibilities for payments made through partners. In case of issues related to the paid services, the Player should contact the Administration via email support@godvillegame.com.
  12. Virtual currency (godpower charges) has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. All purchases are final unless required by applicable law or store policies.
  13. Players are responsible for account security and must not share login credentials. Account trading is prohibited and may result in suspension. The Administration is not liable for losses due to compromised accounts caused by player negligence.
  14. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Administration's primary jurisdiction. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
  15. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally withdraw from these Terms and cease providing the Service in the event of unforeseen force majeure, legal requirements, or business reasons with reasonable notice when possible. Upon termination, virtual currency and items will become inaccessible without compensation.
  16. The Administration reserves the right to change these Terms in any way and at any time. The Player agrees to periodically check these Terms and that their continued use of the Service shall be deemed an acceptance of any changes.
