The Netherlands Wanderer
Folks in the Netherlands spoke of him with hushed tones as he is never seen without a gas mask. People wondered why he was here, in the Netherlands; wandering around the land full of sand and dust, why did he wore a gas mask and what would he have looked like without the gas mask. There were rumors about him who used to be a member of a well known Criminal Organization; a survivor of the Battle of the Nether Crystals and even rumors about him being the offspring of a Devil and a Human, an offspring destined to rule over the entire Netherlands. Those rumors heard a lot from the Wanderer himself, as he passed through a village, hoping to find something.
