So begins the Chronicles of Brwynn:
Trying hard to be good and virtuous, in order to please her goddess, Tirnanog, Brwynn has gone forth to walk the lonely roads of Godville to help the downtrodden and drink beer. She often finds herself in small pickles with monsters who refuse to worship her Lady and hog the foamy brew of life. Travelling throughout the countryside, Brwynn has found many friends who help her defeat her foes. These warriors, these heroes fight only when defending their way of life (or their keg). Each day, Brwynn continues to strive for her goddess’ love and encouragement. Through all her trials and tribulations, she determines her fate.
So continues the chronicles of Brwynn the heroine:
Recently adopting a forlorn creature (aka a rocky racoon), Brwynn named her new companion, Simba, after her favorite movie of all time, The Lion King (she also enjoyed the Broadway version). Her goddess looks fondly down on the pair as she much enjoys her furry friends in the other realm. Now, Simba and Brwynn frolic together showing heros of Godville how to have a good time. But fellow travellers, be warned Simba has a little quirk of stealing other’s guild membership cards and burying them where ever he can…
Continuing the epic tale of Brwynn the Special:
As Brwynn and Simba continue on their travels, people have come to them and inquired about the pair: how did they get together? what do they stand for? how can they be as great as they are? Well, here are their answers. “We met in the field of battle,” began Brwynn. “I decided that I needed a pet to comfort me on the road. Simba here decided to challenge me to a pie eating contest. I,of course, did not pass up a chance to do battle. So we started our contest but in a surprising move, I pied Simba right in the face! Both of us started to laugh and we immediately decided to be pals.” Simba has a different story. “I was walking along one of the many roads in Godville and was accosted by the young lady beside me now. I was bored so decided to help her as she was completely inept and in danger of losing her head.” Asking the next question to Brwynn, she replied “Helping others and drinking beer.” Simba only shook his head sadly. As to the final question, they just smiled and said to discover it yourself.
And so begins a new chapter of Brwynn the Virtuous :
A sad day has occurred. After travelling for many days and over long miles of monster fighting, the brave rocky raccoon, Simba, has perished. Brwynn, being a loyal master, tried to resurrect her companion to no avail. Goodbye, dear Simba.
