I don’t like telling my story. It makes me feel cocky. But I will try my best.
It starts in a small town, small enough to not be on any known map of Godville even though it was there since the beginnings of beginnings. I was sitting in my home of dirt and mud waiting to die an unimportant death when shouts and screams were heard. I ran outside and there stood a being I have never seen before. (When I look back now I laugh because the monster was so weak compared to what I fight now.) Anyways it was all black. Pure shadow and pure evil. I wanted to run, I wanted to scream and flee. Tears were running down my face from the fear when I started to pray for the first time in my life. Praying to anything that would hear me. My God Graymark (I didn’t know it at the time) gave me the strength and courage to fight this monstrosity. I shouted at the top of my lungs carpe diem! and the monster gave me its attention while I ran it through with a fence post I ripped from the ground. I saved the day and saved my town. Hearing the joyous hollering of my family and neighbors gave me thought that I should take up being an Adventurer/ Hero.
That was my origin story and I’ve been adventuring ever since. I’ve joined up with some awesome friends at the guild laughing skulls and have never regretted choosing God Graymark as my Savior.
UPDATE: I am now the fist leader in guild history for laughing skulls. And can not be any more proud.
